One thing I like about Freddie is his smile 😁, I know he used to be quite sensitive about that, but do you have any favourite photos of him smiling? ☺️
Thank you so much for sending me this, this is like my favorite thing to talk about!! I love his smile, too, it’s honestly the most beautiful smile I’ve ever seen <3 he was quite self-conscious of it, you’re right. You can often see him in interviews hiding his mouth when he’s laughing or smiling brightly. It’s a little heartbreaking because his smile really was gorgeous, but we all have our insecurities. Anyway, yes, I absolutely do!! I have so many, actually. But here’s just a few of them for you (also I have found these photos over the months just scrolling the internet, I don’t think they’re edited but if they are, and I’m taking someone’s edits, let me know and I’ll credit them):
THIS IS MY FAVORITE SMILE OF HIS BY MILES!! HE’S JUST SO STUNNING <333 like I have no words for this. Whenever I see this clip, a photo of it, or a gif of it, it takes my breath away. He’s absolutely gorgeous, and nothing showcases that better than this smile.
Look at him!! He’s so ethereal, so carefree and so, so beautiful. I honestly just love everything about Queen in Japan, and how relaxed and happy Freddie seems is at the top of that list.
Here you can’t even see his teeth, actually, but this is one of the cutest photos I’ve ever seen so I had to include it.
See? Here he’s doing the mouth-covering, but honestly you can still see what a stunning smile it is. I love it here in particular because he was quite sassy in this interview, very matter-of-fact and clearly less than happy to be there. But then, this smile?? It’s like a ray of sunshine and I love it.

This entire interview is such a gift, but gosh, I just love him here. What an adorable, adorable man. There was also another shot of this where Roger says something funny and Freddie bursts out laughing, but I can’t seem to find the interview bit itself, only gifs. And I don’t wanna take someone else’s gifs and put them here. But still!! Adorable.
Honestly no clue what this is from but wow?? Just wow. He’s just incredibly sexy here and I’m shooketh.
LOOK AT HIM (oh I keep saying that a lot)!! He’s so full of confidence, and it looks so good on him. I find him incredibly sexy especially in the early 80′s shows because every show is just exuding this incredible sexiness and charisma, and I am so charmed by it.
MY FAVORITE MOMENT!! I love everything about this. I love that Roger purposely put in the lyrics even though he knew they wouldn’t work JUST to make Freddie smile and laugh. God, I can relate. That smile is gorgeous. And the look on Roger’s face is me every time I see Freddie smile.
Again, no teeth, but this is the most ethereal Freddie photo I have ever seen, and I’m stunned. He looks fucking gorgeous. That’s just all there is to say.
I LOVE THE MUSIC VIDEO FOR HEADLONG!! I will forever maintain that it’s my favorite Queen music video, and part of why is because despite being close to death, Freddie is so handsome (ugh he’s gorgeous) and so full of life here. And clearly having fun!! That warms my heart. And this smile? The most beautiful thing ever.
Everything about The Great Pretender is pure gold, but this moment has always made me so happy. Part of why I love Freddie and Roger so much is that they always seemed to make each other smile, and this is no exception. Freddie’s face just lights up when Roger cracks that joke, and it’s heartwarming.
I LOVE THIS!! Ugh, I love this so much. He just looks so cute, and almost shy?? Despite just making a sex joke. What a legend. What a guy.
