I was blown away today! Despite the knee surgery and ZERO activity since May, I've lose 15 lbs since April, and 25 since one year ago when we stopped eating wheat and gluten. Nothing else has changed. My diet has always been healthy and my activity level has actually gone down due to injury/surgery. I was so surprised when I weighed myself!!

#found in the garage during renovation. It weighs AT LEAST 20 lbs. and is maybe 9" tall by 5" wide and 4" thick. No signature or stamp. Clearly hand-carved real rock. Possibly soapstone but not sure. Anyone know whether it's something important to a particular culture or belief system? I don't want to put it in my garden if that would offend someone, or if it's valuable. #whatisthis #archaeology

In September of 2003, I fell head over heels for a teeny tiny little cutie pie who rocked my emotional world and shattered all the walls around my heart. Yesterday, I got my Little Cleaning Monster a new Dyson as an anniversary gift. He LOVES cleaning products and gadgets, and was over the moon. (NOTE: I would not advise most people give their s.o. a vacuum as an anniversary gift!! Most wouldn't think that was romantic.)
