when jeongguk received a message from jimin, telling him to come over, the first thing that popped in his mind is being grossly cute and domestic with all that netflix and stuffs, y’know? not being pushed to the end of the couch as jimin and taehyung talk about the movie they’re going to watch on the other side of the couch.
apparently, when jimin texted him, he missed the part that their friends are coming over as well. and now, as he watched his boyfriend and his best friend laugh at something that he clearly doesn’t want know, he could only frown at them, tongue poking the inside of his left cheek.
he’s not jealous of taehyung, oh please no. really, no. he loves his hyung. but this hyung is making his boyfriend laugh and maybe, just maybe, that kind of makes him a little irked.
because making his jimin hyung laugh is his job!!!
he thought they’ve already established that.
alright, maybe he sounds a little (too much) dramatic.
“gguk-ah, your eyebrows are gonna be knit together forever if you don’t stop frowning.” that pulled jeongguk out of this thoughts. he looks up to see yoongi staring flatly at him.
yoongi scoffs, standing up from his seat to set up the dvd. “hmm, so a horror movie for tonight?”
“no fucking way!” jeongguk hears hoseok yell from the kitchen. how did he even hear yoongi?
“need help with that?” someone whispers in jeongguk’s ears. he almost jumped, but tried to look unaffected because he will never give that someone the satisfaction.
especially when that someone is none other than park jimin, his boyfriend who didn’t pay him any attention for the last two hours.
“i’m doing fine, thanks.” jeongguk continues making popcorn, a task that hoseok should be doing but he is currently arguing with yoongi in the living room.
jimin whines. “why are you like this? you’ve been ignoring me since you arrived.”
jeongguk scoffs, turning around to face his boyfriend who is pouting at him. damn, those lips.
“excuse me? i’m ignoring you? am i the one who invited his boyfriend to come over and ignore him like he’s not even there and just chitchat with taehyung?”
jimin stares at him for a few seconds, then it finally hit him, lips curling into an amused smile. jeongguk wants to smack him.
“were you jealous? that’s cute.” jimin giggles. he fucking giggles.
“i wasn’t jealous! it’s just that–”
jimin shuts him up with a kiss. it was sweet and gentle. jeongguk’s eyes widened, shocked, but they promptly flutters close as he sighs into the kiss. he tilts his head to the side and cups both of jimin’s cheeks to deepen the kiss. jimin moans.
they pull apart briefly, foreheads resting against each other.
jeongguk slowly opens his, only to see jimin with his eyes still closed, but he was smiling and panting.
jeongguk leans in again to plant a long chaste kiss on his boyfriend’s lips. he was about to pull away when he felt jimin’s hand on his nape, keeping him in place. jimin sucks on his bottom lip, eliciting a groan from him.
at this point, they were devouring each other’s mouths, not caring about their surroundings.
“why am i not surprised?” an angry voice interrupts the couple from their make out session, forcing them to pull apart.
yoongi stands behind the counter, looking pissed. “i knew you’d fucking burn the popcorn the moment jimin stepped in the kitchen.”
“fuck.” jeongguk turns to look at the popcorn and yes they’re very much burnt.
yoongi made him eat the burnt popcorn, but it’s okay because jimin’s back in his arms and the only thing his taste bud could recognize are jimin’s lips.
