This started as just a spot I could wipe excess paint. Little splotches here and there until the main body was formed. Out of boredom I drew out some outlines and textures. It looked wrong to me. Something was missing. I gave up on it for a month or so.
A good friend of mine suggested I make something Oklahoma themed. Some thoughts sparked and I returned to the project. I filled out the blank spaces bringing life. Finally I cut out a portrait of Oklahoma and put it on top. I feel a lot better about it

A picture this time. I posted a story while back about how I do some photography on the side. It has taught me diligence. Diligence is a small and consistent effort over a long period of time. The only way to get a good photo is to take millions of them. There is 1 good photo in 100. So by taking small and simple steps, I would eventually get to the one good photo
