every time i am surprised of how little everybody i know thinks of me

and all of a sudden i’m not hungry anymore and it’s winter again

My maths teacher keeps telling me to ask for help but i just can’t, I don’t know why, it’s just not the way of things.

I talk too much and im all wrong in everything I do.

I’ve gotten quieter over the past few weeks, I think it’s finally stuck that a majority of people don’t really care what I have to say and only indulge me in matters of pleasantries or formalities, in turn of that, i’ve generally stopped talking unless prompted. Friends, peers, coworkers, I think it best to listen rather than speak. When I talk out loud to myself, I find myself stopping more often half-way through a sentence to go back to being silent. It’s more peaceful that way, and easier on my heart, easier on the soul. I’m upset, of course I’m upset but I think I’ll come to accept it soon enough, there’s not a lot of people in this world who have time for me, and that’s not their fault, it’s not mine either, not anybody’s fault, just a fact of life now.
