Nothing quite beats raking your nails across your forehead and your cheeks so you don’t have a complete meltdown. I feel like everything has been activated all at the same time and I’m going to loose it, that’s the third S/H session in a matter id a few hours ugh. But I know I’ll wake up tomorrow and I’ll regret it because I’ll be calm and thinking rationally again. For the time being, I want to bleed out of every inch of skin I have so I don’t say something I’ll regret or make everything about me again.
