It has 1’680 square meters in total. The most luxurious Suite in the world, attracting numerous celebrities and Head of States. It is Located on the entire eighth and top floor of the hotel with a panoramic terrace with breathtaking view over the lake, the Royal Penthouse Suite offers to the most demanding guests no less than 12 luxury bedrooms including marble bathrooms, and bath products by Hermes. The two master bedrooms both have a vast walk-in dressing and a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi facing the lake, separate shower, steam and mirror TV. With exceptional top of the range features such as one of the biggest TV screen in the world by the prestigious brand Bang & Olufsen  a Steinway grand piano, a Brunswick billiard, a collection of ancient books, art pieces as well as a private fitness room, the suite leaves nothing to be desired. Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort

Kakslauttanen is a unique vacation designated hotel in Finnish Lapland which is 155 miles north of the Arctic Circle. It offers IGLOOS (Hotels with Glass). Abraj Kudai..World’s Largest Hotel

Abraj kudai is a hotel which is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is currently under construction and expected to open in 2017. It is the largest hotel in the world. It consists of a ring of 12 towers 45 storey’s high, it is just 2 kilometers from the Masjid al-Haram, Mecca’s holy mosque.. It also includes 10,000 bedrooms, 70 restaurants, and five rooftop helipads. There is also being five floors for available for the usage of Saudi royal family.  In 12 towers, 10 of the towers will provide four-star accommodations, while other two towers will be reserved for special clients offering five-star amenities.  

Coming into the estimation of the project it costs $3.5 billion it was designed by architectural firm Dar Al-Handasah which stretches approximately 1.4 million square meters.  The London based firm Areen hospitality has been contracted to design the hotel and room interiors.

Ithaa

Ithaa is the world’s first undersea restaurant in the world. Ithaa means mother-of-pearl in the Maldivian language of Dihevi. It is an undersea restaurant which is located in 5 meters below sea level at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island in the Republic of Maldives. The acrylic structure has a capacity of 14 people and is enclosed in transparent roof which offers 270 degrees panoramic underwater view. The restaurant was constructed by M J Murphy ltd. It is a design consultancy company from New Zealand. It was opened in April 2005. Food served in the restaurants is changed over years now they are serving with contemporary European with Asian influences. Even it doesn’t get affected in the year 2004 when it has Tsunami in Indian Ocean.

               Coming to its construction Ithaa began in Singapore. It construction was completed in November 2003. Ithaa was transported to Maldives it took like almost 16 days to arrive. It weighs 170 tones. In 2014 it is rated as ‘the most beautiful restaurant in the world “by the New York Daily News. The restaurant is also used for private parties and weddings. Food served in the restaurant is contemporary European cuisine in a six-course set dinner menu. It is also opens for mid-morning cocktails. Children are only allowed for lunch but not dinner.

Burj Al Arab

Burj Al Arab is a 7-star hotel which is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the 3rd tallest Hotel in the world. It stands on an artificial island which is 920ft height from jumeria beach. The shape of the Hotel resemblance the sail of ship. Coming to its features it is having a Helipad at a height of 210 meters. To have a secure foundation they drove 130 feet concrete piles into the sand. Hotel is managed by Jumeirah Group. Burj Al Arab holds only 28 double-story floors which accommodate 202 bedroom suites. The smallest suite occupies an area of 169 sqmts (1,820 sq ft), the largest covers 780 sqmts (8,400 sq ft). The Royal suite billed at US $24,000 per night.

First ever Restaurant & Hotel....

 The worlds first restaurant was started in 1765 in Paris by Monsieur Boulanger. He started by serving only  a single dish named Sheep’s feet which is simmered in white sauce.

 The First hotel was started in Japan around 705 A.D. which is running by descendents of Fujiwara Mahito nearly 52 generations where running this hotel.Hotel Industry was started in early 1500′s, it was started in France in those days the use to have only  thermal spa’s. Later on they started having the bedrooms which are mostly situated on the courtyards. Half century later English Gentleman clubs and masonic lodges are started in America.
