Tofu Salad

One of the most famous Japanese cuisine restaurant in Thailand is Fuji Restaurant. It have more than 109 branches in Thailand, you can find in any big department stores, very convenient. This menu from the picture is one of the must try menus from Fuji.

What is special about this is that the tofu is not completely fried, the texture is absolutely smooth and gives a feeling like eating a jelly. The tofu itself is covered with the thin layer of sesame.

This menu is a good choice for those who is on diet as well and for people who eat vegetarian (must tell them before hand so they don’t include dried fish).

Ume Sushi

Meet one of the famous restaurant in Thailand, ‘Honmono Sushi’.

Here in the picture consists of 12 bites of sushi, all the ingredients are in high quality, it seems less but sure it will ran out your stomach space. Unagi Matcha

Unagi Maki roll with matcha powder and on topping with mayonaise sauses and chopped cashew nuts. Not a bad one!
