As an 18-year-old, he cracked National Defence Academy (NDA) entrance Exam, cleared all rounds of Services Selection Board (SSB), joined the Academy in Pune, stayed there for 45 days, then something happened, and he left the NDA abruptly, paid plenty to exit the academy. He decided to follow footprints of his father to become a cardiologist. What might have triggered Sachin to let go his dream and do something he was not fascinated about?
