Letters from a cowboy pt. II
can we lay in the grass and stare at the moon or is that lame

I feel like being broken up with or abandoned by someone, especially a FP, is new trauma to someone with BPD. And that's just more trauma to process and try to get over, which makes the BPD worse. Most people without BPD can process a breakup and move on with their lives. But people with BPD live for that other person and don't know how to live for themselves, so every time someone leaves, it's like feeling grief.
when everyone stopped wearing lockets that was when it all went downhill. nobody even carries pictures of their beloveds cut into the shape of a heart anymore
When my FP does something slightly different than before, it shouldn’t be such a big deal. But it is.
I notice EVERY SINGLE TIME.
It was good for a while, being empty. I didn’t hurt anymore. But as time went on, it was like I could hear myself from far away, begging for permission to come back.
