Friendly reminder from the Gilmore’s that it’s okay not give a 100% all the time and that it’ll be okay!

Suddenly been hit by the realisation that I have exams in May!!
Need Shia motivation!

- Don’t just study harder, study smarter -
You know what you know and you know what you don’t. Don’t spend so much time reviewing things you already understand. Focus more of your time and energy on the topics that confused you.
Ask for help if you’re stuck on a topic. Reach out to your teacher, parent, friend, or that really smart kid in class. Don’t be afraid to ask them questions. You deserve answers. If something is still unclear, make them explain it again and again and again… until you feel confident about the topic.
Think about the type of questions that will be on the test. What types of questions does your teacher usually ask? Is this item important enough to come out on the test?
Try to understand the material instead of memorizing it. Even things like formulas have a logic behind them. My rule of thumb is: if I can’t completely explain a concept to someone, I don’t fully understand it.
Take a deep breath. It will help if you’re tired or overwhelmed.
I kind of like the idea of being able to thank my current self for working so hard in the future.
