I have gained 18lbs since Saturday. It’s Wednesday.

Yes, you read that right. I gained a near 20 lbs in 5 days. Sure I overendulged a little but it’s more of the reaction in my body.

Since april, I haven’t eaten dairy, nor wheat/most grains, and most sugar. These past few days I ate whatever. I am so gassy and bloated. I feel like an overinflated balloon.

I don’t like how I look, but I’m happy. I had fun and enjoyed everything, instead of restricting. At my aunts house, all of the appetizers either had wheat or cheese, and i chose to just try everything. I like food and it’s been fun, but now it’s time to wrangle It back in.
