Burgled Big Red
She’d gotten a reputation as the toughest personal trainer in the city.
Ruthless, and unrelenting - her methods were far from ordinary. Her clients left their sessions with her - bruised, battered, and with deep marks from ropes and tape, makeup streaked down their cheeks - sometimes days after what had initially been scheduled.
She’d had clients who had tried to quit her exercise regime. They later told stories of waking up to a hood being drawn over their heads, and being strapped to a treadmill for an entire weekend.
No one was quite sure if her regime was actually good - or if her clients simply stopped eating unhealthily and started working out all hours of they day because they were too scared of disappointing her. In any case, her reputation of getting results from even the toughest cases garnered her a fair bit of fame and fortune.
It was the interview, with accompanying tour of her apartment and home gym in The Good Morning Show, that drew the attention of the gang of burglars that had been terrorizing the city all through the summer months.
The hosts of the show (eager to see what the fuss was about) had been trussed to the point of barely being able to twitch, and yet the big red trainer forced them through a grueling routine of hopping and worming and lifting - their rumps turning more and more scarlet as the trainer used a large paddle to make sure they performed their best.
But, while this was definitely interesting to the gang of burglars, it was the establishing shots of expensive sneakers, designer clothing, expensive jewelry and collectibles that drew their attention. And they had their next target.
They’d taken her by surprise as she got home on a Friday evening. It had been a challenge, even with all of them piling on her. Eventually, they’d had to use a full bottle of chlorophorm to put her under. It was a rough, humiliating weekend for her, as the burglars decided to stay over.
No one called to check why she missed their appointments. The big red trainer wasn’t someone you called to check on - her clients breathed a sigh of relief that she hadn’t showed up.
It was only on the Monday - when the photos and videos of the trainers torment showed up online, posted anonymously in all the social media pages of local gym communities - that someone dared to go check on her…

I’ve been wanting to tie up and humiliate the Big Red Trainer for ages now, and figured the ski mask burglars fit to be the ones to take her down. :)
