I feel like a common headcanon is that Legend hates the Master Sword like Time. But this is completely untrue.

Look at them. He’s holding her carefully. He's holding her close. He's smiling at her. He's teasing her and giving her a playful nickname.

Legend cares about the Master Sword. She has been his most loyal companion. They’re best friends, and I need more people to know that. Getting kind of sick of fics were Legend hates the Master Sword.

Do you think a hyrulean disney ever existed at some point, and turned the various legends into cute musicals? Yknow like how tangled is an adaptation of rapunzel etc etc.

When the chain eventually meets up in linked universe, do you think Wild pointed at Legend and went 'your disney princess song is my favourite'

Fears I have if a Ocarina of Time remake actually exists:

-They make it fully open world and ruin every dungeon in the process

-They add voice acting and it sucks just as much as the botw and totk voices (bonus points if Ganondorf and Zelda keep their wilds era voice actors)

-Nabooru gets turned into Ardi 2.0

-They add zelink

-They try to expand on Ganondorf and he just becomes totk Ganondorf (bonus points if they try to clarify what went down with the civil war that happened before the game starts and just portray it as 'the evil man from the desert attacked Hyrule and started a huge war unprovoked'. More bonus points if they somehow connect him with Demise)

-They add shrines and towers (or other wilds era things just for the sake of it)

at this point a lot of you would cheer if terfs started pushing to relabel bathrooms as "afab" and "amab"

I'm not being hyperbolic either. terfs want to define everyone by their agabs and categorize and segregate based on them. terfs say "females" and you say "afabs" but you want the same things, you just name them differently. your only disagreements with terfs are semantic

as a hijabi, can we keep males out of female bathrooms? why do we need them to use our bathrooms? enlighten me. religious females need to have their own spaces to adjust their clothing and remove their clothing. if i had to wear hijab 24/7 when im travelling i would lose it and be inclined to take it off. can we just not. people are just making up problems now for discourse.

Don't think about about the warmth buzzing under your chest as the resident sleepyhead pressed his most treasured companion in your hands. Don't think about how the blade greeted you like an old friend or the start of an eternal legacy fluttering in the wind.

Don't think about the hopping stone statues and careful movements of the rancher. Don't think about two dark forms, curled against each other despite their differences.

Don't think about stern words in the heat of creation or the passion dripping from the smithy's eyes. Don't think about him as something you thought you would never see again.

Don't think about the crooked eyebrows and flailing limbs. The sailor always had a knack for storytelling, so ignore the way wind twirls around his locks. Don't think about the sea.

Don't think about the wooden bowl filled with warm soup after a day of trudging through the rain. Don't think about scars that stretch the body or vacant houses now touched with life anew.

Don't think about shattering pots and delighted laughter in darkness. Don't think about how the traveler pokes at your attitude. Don't think about the legacy you will leave behind.

Don't think... don't wonder... just how much time do you have left with them?

I unfortunately got afflicted with this horrible sickness called The FeelsTM and spend the last week working on this piece. Whenever I scroll through ao3 for fanfics and I bump into those post-lu fics I get so so so sad (actually I don't even need to scroll through ao3 for that to happen it just randomly ambushes me).

Linked Universe AU where everything stays the same except the Links choose the other part of the title of their game as their nickname. Time is now Ocarina. Four is now Swords (which I've actually seen before lol). Wars is Hyrule. Twilight is Princess. Hyrule is Zelda (?) Legend is literally any other name, Worlds, Seasons, Ages, Past. Wind is now Waker. Sky is now Sword (not to be confused with Swords). Wild is now Breath
