Rain, rain, go away..!
Come on, Sunshine!
I must have Seasonal Affective Disorder... So must the rest of Green Park! No smiles this morning and Starbucks staff couldn’t be bothered either!
Endless task list awaits and three books from work to read... When will I find the time?! So Essentialism by Greg McKeown has just landed on my desk!
What a beautiful lounge! Books, so many books! WANT!
The Beginning in the Middle Somewhere...
Good day All,
I am new here to Tumblr and the world of blogging. I am excited to see where this will go and looking forward to reading about many of your adventures.
I am a late twenties female who grew up in Shoreditch. The Shoreditch then is very different to what it is now. I have contracted and have a vast array of experience covering property, architecture, investment banking, hedge funds and now, private equity... Several people have asked for my professional advice on how to get into what I do. The short answer is contracting; the long and more interesting answer begins here in my blog.
Right now I am sat at the dining table having hurt my neck (through dancing? Surely not!) and am working from home.
I’d like to introduce you to a world where culture, family values, travelling, interviewing, love life and then some(!) shaped the city into what it is now... Am I a product of the city life or is the city a product of our constant chasing?
