Was in Epcot the other day where I ate around the world! If only I had unlimited money and a scooter. I’d be in heaven!

I’ve had so many good snacks in Disney: Kebab, egg rolls, sushi, slushie, apple cake, ice cream, churro, and a milkshake. Not to mention the giant portions of meals they serve. (As they should for a meal being $30)

Whats left you the most tired and out of breath lately? It can be just walking, standing for longer then your used to, climbing stairs, etc.. Also how's your fitness now and have you noticed any aches or pains nowadays in like your lower back, knees, or feet?

climbing stairs leaves me so out of breath. I I avoid them when I can. Especially if I’m walking with someone and we are talking and I’m trying to hide it which makes it worse too. So embarrassing!

I definitely have lower back pain. My feet always hurt but that’s always been a problem. My job is always on my feet. My knees don’t hurt but they do crack and pop when I squat down or something.
