my vulpes inculta headcanon is that whenever he goes to the strip for "reconnaissance" he goes absolutely fucking hogwild with the hookers and blow and gambling like he gets so lost in the sauce and forgets to do any actual recon and caesar thinks hes such a brave little frumentarius for braving the scawy stwip with so many ncr officers but vulpes is actually out getting crunk as fuuuuuuck.
