When we let thankfulness take the lead in our lives we become more aware of what should be treasured. Oftentimes, we allow the world to tell us what treasure should be. In many cases treasure is seen as something materialistic. However, do not be fooled. Anything we place above God can be considered treasure. This is why it is so important to have gratitude to God first for everything we have in our lives, from the materialistic to the relational and intangible. As believers and followers of God, we must never lose sight that our treasure lies in heaven. While we are on earth our treasure is to shift our focus heaven-ward in all we do. There is nothing on earth that can fill us the way God can. We are blessed to accept Him before all esle, as the peace and joy that comes from Him surpasses what any treasure of earth could.

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. If responding back after being asked if you can call me on your way home so I know you got home safely is too much to ask from you other half maybe you should reconsider getting rid of that other half that is common courtesy Something you would do a stranger if you can’t even do it me and you want to date me the right way but you can’t even do the right things to be my friend to trust you to trust that The disconnection that has built between us it’s something you’re willing to even fix you say it with your words but your actions speak the exact opposite this is a prime example happy Halloween hope you got home safe hope you enjoyed the night made new friends didn’t make any friends it doesn’t matter anymore I can’t even find a friend in you right now honestly I don’t want to go on a date with you but I have to give it one more shot because we’ve never evenBeen on a date that was planned and done properly from beginning to end for two years everything under the sun has come up in the way of a date you scheduled this two weeks out it’s in 4 days and to be honest with you I don’t want to go out with you I don’t love you like that when you hurt me so easily and on purpose for your selfishness my satisfaction and want to even try just one time to see if we can get it right I don’t know if that’s worth proving if I can’t even trust that we could be friends lately all you’ve done is reached out to me when you needed something now when you were pissed about something never about work related stuff when I ask question do you respond no you’re avoid it you have time to play games and send me stuff and BS on the text messages all the time but when I called to pick up the phone so we could cut the text messages down a little bit you can’t even pick up the phone I haven’t talk to you in a week but every day there’s something has come up almost every day you can send scriptures songs not answer any of the questions send me YouTube videos but you can’t answer a simple yes or no when I asked hey can you call me when you get home so I know you got home safe simple yes or no would’ve been fine attacks would’ve been fine I am home you left me hanging from 7 PM with no response from you after you initiated the conversation and then you have the audacity to do that after you stood me up for your coworkers that you don’t even like or never don’t even know and and give me attitude because I even asked if you wanted to do something today what the hell are you and why do you think that you’re so superior that you can ask how their test went how did they driving exam go did they pass did did their did their father come and bring bring what was promised to the kids or did he let him down again you have not asked one thing about the kids about me about family friends my spiritual walk only questions that have to do with your game only reaching out when it’s beneficial for you a benefit for me used to be a simple hi good morning.

If God really put this together 19 hearing him say that like I thought and it Satan fucking with me or you are about to make the biggest change of your life that’s going to cause a huge shift in the way people see you in the way you conduct yourself in the way that you see your life and it’s praying it’s praying that you submit to God and be humble you know that you can’t do it couldn’t do it from the day one and you get so mad when you see other people flourishing but yet you lack vision in the work that they’ve done on top of the work that they do in the world you only see what you do and you give up so easily they persevere learn how to persevere luckily God gave you a woman that only perseveres and I have to do that with you at bare minimum because that’s who I am that’s my character and at the end we will be friends and we will be respected and respectful and very mindful of the gifts and skills and discernment that we each carry you will no longer degrade me put me down or feel superior to me are worth this exact same under God‘s house and honey that’s where I’m going to live my God is merciful so I’m sure you’ll be there too but you will be a friend we respectful and we will love each other purely through God but it will be a miracle if I ever fall in love with you again and then I’ll be guaranteed that once you move yourself out of this equation you will fall in love with me instantly and you need to work for my love now I don’t even see you anymore other than somebody that God has put me in front of that I need to persevere with and it’s not to the altar you mess that up I mess that up I don’t want that future with you but I do want you to have a future
