That person didn’t create you, God did and He knows us better than we know ourselves.
He knitted us together in the womb, He knows how many hairs are on our head, our names are carved into the palms of His hands - Jesus gave up His life to save us.
He is worth it! The One who gave up everything for you is definitely worth everything you could offer Him. 🤍 https://www.instagram.com/p/CFLB3G8n3_x/?igshid=1rdognaox4au7

Psalms 2:12
“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. Every branch in me that does not produce fruit He removes, and He prunes every branch that produces fruit so that it will produce more fruit.” (John 15:1-2)
I remember reading this at the start of the pandemic, and realizing something really beautiful and really difficult: whether God is removing a barren branch or pruning a fruitful one, there’s loss involved. But the good news is that His intentions are wholly pure: to see us bear more fruit.
So yeah, this season has been really challenging at times. Living in a global pandemic is less than ideal. Working as a camp director with no camp to direct isn’t particularly enjoyable. Living on 1200 acres of land with just a handful of other people can be a living nightmare for an extravert like me. But He’s used these losses to do some really beautiful things and has brought about some really sweet fruit in my life. So somehow, someway, I’m thankful for this season and I’m thankful to the good good Gardener who sows life and goodness out of a crazy world.
