Berry Chia Jam on Toast by @lucy_and_lentils š
Ingredients: 400g Berries ( I use a mix of black berries, blueberries and raspberries) 3 tbsp chia seeds 3 tbsp maple syrup . Method: Heat the berries in a small pan (can be frozen of fresh) for 5 minutes until warmed and start to break down Add the chia seeds and maple syrup Simmer on a low heat for another 10/15 minutes until all is combined Pour into a sterilised jar and eatĀ within 2 weeks Enjoy! #letscookvegan #snack
