I've been living in this #catherinemalandrino Indigo jacket for the last week. Last night at @moontree_asian_tapas Broiled mackerel with cilantro pesto, pickled vegetable, and lemongrass soy mayo. Everything was plated do beautifully, but we were starving so this was the only plate I photographed. Everything was plated beautifully, showing great restraint and discipline, a visible pride to each dish, simplicity, and bold flavors.
