My church is looking for an interim pastor and setting up a search committee (I’m a deacon). Previous pastor resigned after confessing to inappropriate conduct online.

My family is looking to adopt a dog after our 14-yo good boy heeler passed away. New dog will have to get along with 3-yo Pyr and four cats who are all missing their buddy. Tomorrow we’re going to visit another Pyr in a shelter.

update: He sailed right through the surgery. My sister said, “He is one tough old Yankee.” Thank you all and please keep praying!

okay so here’s the thing: my laptop is dying. the reason my digital art production has slowed way down is because my nine-year-old comp is threatening to melt itself alive if i spend any significant amount of time working in krita. i’m going to get a new one as soon as they go on sale for back to school, and while i’ve scraped together enough money to get the absolute minimum, i’d much prefer an upgrade.
