Ayurvedic Approach To Treat Headaches, Without Side Effects

This mask is then covered with leaves either plantain or lotus leaf, as a cloth leaving the groove open. Shirolepa relaxes the mind, soothes the body, and stabilizes the nervous system.

3) Shirovasti: A customized cap is prepared, something cylindrical, and is placed on the head. Herbal oil is poured in this cap, which helps to release the mind from stressful triggers and improves the functioning of the body. This treatment is similar to Shirodhara and works in a similar way.
