Using your mood to escape reality to reach freedom and be comfortable
I chose to reblog 3 posts with the keywords being Comfort, Mood, and Escape.
While reading the first post that I reblogged Comfort, I could relate it to my space because it was where I went to relax and escape from reality just like the author who would do the same in their living room. I think we have similar feelings about our space by not having to go there for just a specific kind of mood, it could be any mood and still be a relaxing space reminisce on the good stuff or reflect on the crappy day we may have had.
While taking a look at the second blog Mood, I could relate it to my space because like the authors room my space too is a place where my mood is going to affect the space. If I am having a bad day the space is there for me to detox and just breathe. If I am having a good day the space brings back memories from my childhood. Although I didn’t relate my post to Ancrene Wisse I see how it could be related to my space. While thinking about the activities I do in my space I see that my mood would affect which activities I would do there.
While looking at the last blog I chose Escape because like the other two blogs the spaces are a way to escape what’s going on and come back to them later when the authors are ready. Although I don’t go to my space to escape my problem, I go there to be myself to face what I am feeling. Sometimes it’s to see different perspectives without people getting into my head, and sometimes it’s me just needing alone time to focus on memories that have happened. Â
