Local Highlight - Mill River Wine Tasting at Solera Wine Cellar
This weekend Solera Wine Cellar in Boston is hosting a wine tasting event focussed on a local vineyard called Mill River Winery.
Located on 3.3 acres of the picturesque North Shore of Massachusetts, Mill River winery reflects the history and charm of the area. Donna & Rick opened the vineyard in July 2011, with a mission of producing handcrafted wines using the finest grapes from Massachusetts and other notable wine regions. Their 2010 Naked Chardonnay was awarded a silver medal by the American Wine Society and was a sign of great things to come.

Perfect by itself or Pizza, meatballs, burgers.
This Chardonnay just feels better "naked". Cold-fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, the grape exposes itself to a more natural state. No stuffy oak barrels. To taste great naked, we chose California's Suisun Valley for its Chardonnay friendly terrain and cool evenings. Step away from the barrel, strip down and experience our full body with aromas of lemon zest and pear.
