a what-if of if tco’s unprocessed emotions was allowed to be expressed raw… we haven’t finalized anyone’s designs yet so i apologize for the inconsistencies 😅 the box’s scale also kinda changes so i apologize for that too!
we haven’t worked on a big comic like this for a WHILE. like…a really fucking long while, but it was a great experience! anyway, more yapping and coverage under the cut :D

if you wanna ask how did i come up with this or that, the answer is very simple: i just go RANDOM BULLSHIT GO !!!!! it just clicks for me as i’m making these. i don’t know what else to tell you 😅 /silly

i’ve been racking my brain trying to make sure the characterizations are lined up and it still might not be so haha

for animalizations, vic is a hedgehog ish, mitsi is a sheep/ram, agent is...planned to be penguin (idk how to do it), dark is spider wolf mix and tco is dragon :D

i have been getting more confident in drawing sans in my kind of style. so that being said, i decided to make nems, and I might do a redesign of the trickster drawing at a later date
i also originally wanted to animate it, but the software wasn't working, so... two still images!

JWEJJEKJDJS just to clarify,,, the blue is a stylistic choice! the au is pretty limited color-wise (for aesthetic and lore reasons) and so ive decided to make smoke blue in their world! just to make things look more interesting ✨✨✨
i want anemoiatale to look like its unfinished- like its an animatic waiting to become completely animated! it’ll also make frisk’s dreams and nightmares stand out more since those are in full color!
anemoiatale’s characters were meant to be the barebones of classic undertale characters, as they were created with nostalgia rather than actual knowledge of the characters.
the reason why sans/nems is an exception (as he has a lot of depth to his character) is because of his nature as the most meta-breaking character and was already essentially created to be the most hyperaware character, thanks to frisk seeing sans as someone who can read someone like a book (which, he is!)

soooooooo, ummmmm, i thought i was done drawing nems today when i posted my last post, but this idea just poped into my mind and i could not not draw it!! xd
