Sighing in frustration, she put her head in her hands, “I have forgotten what peace and quiet feels like.” Rielle muttered. She understood that this was sorority and she lived with a bunch of girls, but did they have to be so… sorority like, stereotypically loud?  “I would take you all to church one day to  learn what silence is, just what I’m scared half of you would catch on fire the moment you stepped on the holy ground.”

Lily let out a sign loud enough to fill the whole corridor as she opened an email from her professor telling the class that their lecture was cancelled. Her compulsive need to always be early meant that she was already standing outside the locked lecture hall by the time the email reached her mailbox and now she had wasted at least a half hour of the day on journey time with nothing to show for it. “Goddammit,” she shouted, rattling the handle of the door despite knowing it was locked to get some frustration out.
