Oh, I am. I just…think that I need to detach myself a little bit from it. I really like her a lot, maybe love her. But I don’t think she feels the same way and I don’t want to force her into anything.

Detaching yourself is probably the worst thing you could do. Not that Kate would but waiting around for someone who isn't cooperating probably makes the other more likely to leave. If you love her, just go for it. You never know what she might feel.

I was thinking of taking a gap year, although I don't want to be a year behind my course plus I love friends and that means a year without you guys. It's just drowning with pieces of art at the minute. My stuff is hardly up to the standard it used to be.

  Writer’s block has pissed me off so much, sometimes I wonder if I should just give up and join a nudist colony.

I've tried painting this piece for three hours and it's not going well. I'm beginning on contemplating dropping out of college and becoming a tattoo artist.

Heeeey, sister. || Scarlet and Peter

Peter got dressed quickly, excited to see his baby sister after a very long time. Yes, he only had two years on her, but she was still his baby sister. He grabbed her still-wrapped present from his bed. He’d got her a wooden art-supply box, but had been unable to give it to her on Christmas, as it had come too late. He knew that she was going to love it, though. He tucked his button-down in and threw his favorite sweater on top. He pet Jagger on the head as he walked out into the bitterly cold day, instantly jealous of Kate and Sky being warm in the Bahamas. At least the cafe was close to his home. He informed the hostess that he was waiting on one more and was seated by a good table by the window. He ordered a glass of wine while he waited, looking out the window at the people passing by and keeping a lookout for his sister.

Scarlet instantly got up as soon as she got the text to meet him at the café. Sticking on her coat, a blouse and a pair of jeans. She quickly grabbed the present and her keys and left her apartment. Although she didn't live far from his house, Scarlet never got to see her brother a lot. When he was free, she had college and vice versa. So finally getting to see him meant a lot. As she used to bother him a lot as a child. She used to try and run around with him and his friends. It was where she picked up her knack for pranking. She was quite the tom-boy. Hell, she still was except for her longing passion with hair, fashion, art and beauty. Scarlet stuck her head phones in and walked as fast as she could until she got to the café. Letting out a sigh of relief as the heat hit her. Shoving her keys into her pocket and rubbing her cheeks to try and get the heat back into them. She was ever so grateful that she had decided to tie her hair back this morning. The table was over by the window so she quickly walked over and scooted onto the seat opposite. "Hello, Hello." She grinned, mischievously at her older brother.

Scarlet: OH THANK GOD! Usually i'm not this gullible. Usually I create the practical jokes. Sure, i'll be there in around ten minutes approx. I'll bring around yours, I think it's collected dust.

Peter: I am tempted to tell you that I don't love you anymore for ditching me this weekend. :(

Scarlet: Oh my god! I can definitely make it up to you Pete! I had to draw a sketch for my portfolio and make patchwork and stuff but we could get food and I could use money to try and make my brother love me again.

  Ah, man, yeah that’s never good. The key is to know the person throwing it so if you end up crashing on their floor, it’s no big deal. You knit?!!!?! Dude. I didn’t know people did that anymore. That’s rad.

I learnt that lesson the hard way. Well I do everything like that. Knit,Sew, Crochet. I'm basically behind the times. It's sad really. I'm Scarlet Abrams by the way.

  Eh, I guess you could say that. Kinda comes with the whole college thing. But since it’s break there hasn’t really been any, so not lately. You?

I like them but not an avid attender. Last one I went to, I got absolutely pissed and ended up sleeping on a bench somewhere. That sort of put me off them. So now I have chosen to live my college years. Lying in my apartment with my dog and knitting scarfs. Basically i've turned into an old woman."
