This has been such an amazing and fun journey! We're beyond happy so many great artists could join us and turn this little idea into a beefy magazine! We want to extend our thanks to each and every contributor and we hope you had as much fun creating for the zine as we had seeing, reviewing and assembling everything. 💚

We coded this cute online flip book (big thanks to npc_crow!) to really get the magazine experience, but you can also download the free pdf here!
But I want to actually hold it in my hands! Can I get a physical copy?

We are still trying to find an optimal solution uniting quality and affordability, and that requires looooots of testing.
Our plan is to sell physical copies at non-profit aka production & shipment price, and per request to avoid out-of-pocket expenses by printing stock without knowing if it would sell entirely. We hope to be able to fulfill printing requests soon and will be sure to update you about that.
Until then, we hope you enjoy the digital version!

Halloween Cocktails Functional - for The Sims 2
This is a 4to2 conversion from Somik&Severinka. Tray has 13k polygons when all the cocktails are on it but the cocktails alone are low poly.
The object works like my previous Shot Glass Holder. The vodka bottle from this holder is required for the halloween cocktails to work. I included in the download.
Your sims can prepare 6 drinks at a time (cost 30 simoleon) and choose between them. Shots increase fun and comfort and decrease bladder. The tray will spoil after sometime but can be cleaned and refilled again. Drinks don’t have the original effects. Found in Party section of Buy Mode.

What the devil is LA-LA Land? It's tons of wallpapers by Laura Ashley. I seem to have oodles and oodles of textures from her work so here we go with the first batch that's been sitting in my upload folder instead of my game.

Super Stone Set - Add Ons
Combing through my various rocks, I noticed that a few got missed either by me or any other lovely simmer who has repo'ed their own favorite rocks to my Super Stone Set. So here are those little extras.

Hangin Out on a Billboard Mini-Tutorial
Misty-Fluff made these 3t2 billboard sculptures that you can place on lots and I had a strong desire to put my sims up there. It turned out to be pretty easy
Build some kind of structure underneath (the billboard only has a 2-tile footprint so you can build things under the sides) and add stairs so your Sims can get on the roof. Put chair OMSPs on the roof, shift them up and use the quarter tile cheat to have them hanging a bit over the edge. Turn them invisible and send your Sims to dangle precariously on the edge of a billboard
You could use the Cop a Feel OMSP if you want your Sims to cuddle and make out up there (if you have ACR they might do more)
BB Niche Match Batch - Set 2 + Walls
In the same vein of matching things to the Super Stone Set, I also had a few building pieces and furniture pieces that I wanted repo'd to BB Niches for more versatility that I or others had not yet done yet.
LeMorvan Fridges 1 & 3 : Two subsets of walls and shelves.
Salix Loft Stairs: Repoed stairs and wall to each niche subset, allows to have a nice compact stair in a variety of textures.
Emerelind Spiral Stair Alcove: One subset. I did not change the internals on this package, just the name and the the texture referencing. It will overwrite the original.
Community Stove Cover: Made this so I didn't have to deal with making/finding recolors of the Community Stove. It has fairly limited recolorability as it is...so pair what recolors are out there that you like with this thing, which fits snuggly like a glove over it, granting you additional wiggle room for textures.
Window Nook Seat : For those bay windows that you make yourself rather than using the maxis versions. Comes in three variations that all share the game GUID so you'll have to choose only one: Maxis Bedding, Jonesi Blanket, or Sun&Moon for the fabrics.
Additionally, I needed some common wall use recolors of the BB Niches set at a whole so I threw those on there. Wall credits in the zip so you can also find the matches.

Hello everyone! It's been almost 4 years since my Garden Heights makeover, and now it's finally time to move on to Stephen!
MESA FLATS
Mesa Flats is a glittering haven for the wealthy and the restless, where the nightlife never sleeps and fine dining is a competitive sport. But beneath the excitement of the upcoming masquerade ball, simmering rivalries threaten to turn the celebration into a scandal.

What's new & what has changed?
All sims have ancestors now and some are connected in family ties;
New sims and families (including Kim family from the bin);
Some sims with a 2nd template are remade; sims whose faces were too high are fixed;
More depth & lore of existing sims;
All lots are completely made over (except iconic lots like Stephen Loyal's), including all community lots - a lot to explore;
High quality snapshots in family albums telling their stories;
and many more.
Note: this is my own vision of the hood and it doesn't correspond the original story 100%. I used it for main inspiration, but made my personal interpretation of things. Hope you OK with it!
