You know.... I have my views and beliefs. I know people will disagree with them at times. Honestly I don’t care if you are different or believe differently. I will love you anyways. We don’t always have attack each other because we have different ideals.
Today I actually feel good. Day out with my older two and my husband.
Kinda silly... but just sitting around and my cat being with me is a relaxing comfort I never knew I needed. My brought home hurt stray cat that my family fell in love with and named Candy.
When you start focusing on a loving God who’s given everything & stop focusing on what seems to be going wrong, you will see breakthrough.

This is something I need to really work at.... One day at a time.
True Crime.....
What makes true crime so interesting? Is it the shock factor? The unbelievable truth that it did happen? or the mystery of the never really knowing why such horrible things can take place.
Even though it is so extremely scary to me to the point where I cannot sleep I cannot stop investing my time looking into the true crimes of the world. I know there are many web sleuths out there, I am not one really. But what makes true crime so addicting to watch, learn and look into?
Keep going; found my reason
I think the best things i have in my life are by far my husband and kids. No matter what mental state I am in, nothing matters more than those 4 people. They are my reason to keep going.
Self-Care ...
My therapist’s question was What do you do for self-care, what do you do for you?
I had no answer... sad to think I really didn’t take care of myself the way I should me.
Now I make sure to have at LEAST 5 minutes of alone time. I make sure my family has all their needs taken care of first still. I now know that I have to take time out for myself as well.
I started doing yoga, meditation, dry brushing, exfoliation, moisturizing, I constantly am saying prayers through out my day. I have been trying to be more present in the moment and not live in the past or worry about the future. I am trying to be the best I can be for my husband and children.

December 23rd, 2020 after having extreme ups and downs, not just because 2020 was the year from Hell, but because mentally I could not handle anything anymore. I was full of rage, I was full of despair, then full of energy. Some days I didn’t know if I would wake up as Eeyore, Piglet or Tigger. I was finally diagnosed. BIPOLAR DEPRESSION. I knew I had something, I could feel it but never did I think it would be this. it is now 2 months later and I am still trying to get used to my new normal.
You don’t need someone to complete you. You only need someone who accept you completely.
