Due to terrible mental health at the moment, I stayed inside all day and slept for almost 24 hours straight... at least I got to stay inside all day!

Please pray for me. My mental health hasn’t been great for a while now and plunged last night. Everything feels impossibly hard, every day feels a year long, and all I want to do is sleep. I feel like all the hope has been sucked from my body. It’s too much and I’m tired
