So since the orders are open, can I request headcanons (Mukami+Reiji ? Or just Mukami)
If Eve is able to do things that humans cannot do (even though she is a human being) for example: she is able to heal any disease or wounds, including Carla condition and even be able to revive people even if they are demons, and she can also transform suckers Blood from a half-blood vampire to a pure/complete vampire, she has hair that heals wounds, no matter the severity of the wound
Once again this took me 400 years but here it is, finally, at long last!

S. Reiji + M. Brothers With an Eve Who Can Use Healing Powers
Reiji finds your healing properties astounding and immediately wants to conduct various experiments on you to see what makes you so different from the other humans, what truly gives you such powers.
Especially your hair - he would want cuttings and snippets of it for experimentation, probably to try and infuse the locks of your hair with various pathogens to see how they react.
Reiji, like most of the DiaBoys, is a sadist: this means that he’d happily inflict some wounds on /you/ to watch how your body acts when it’s you who is in need of healing - does your hair work the same way on you as it does on other people? If so, how? If not, why?
Knowledge is power in Reiji’s mind and he couldn’t be prouder that his s/o is such a powerful healer. It’s certainly a sophisticated role for you to have; he enjoys you embracing your femininity, and because he has some rather old-fashioned views he sees your healing nature as an embrace of womanhood. It suits you well.
Your inhuman abilities earn you far more merit in his eyes than you would have otherwise; his penchant for perfection means that he’s constantly critical of the words and actions of both himself and everyone around him; he wants you to be the perfect woman and the fact you’re able to do extraordinary things increases the value you hold in his eyes.
Just know that his expectations for you will also rise - you’ll be expected to immediately assist any of his injuries from the smallest bruises to the heftiest cuts.
Reiji also adores being in control and as such you will not be permitted to heal anyone else without his explicit permission; in some ways he would use you like a salve, helping only those he deemed worthy of it.
And it’s better you do not try to heal anyone without his approval in secret; Reiji always comes to know the things happening around him sooner or later and really holds no queries about putting you in your place.
Unfortunately in many ways he and Reiji share a desire for control - as such, like Reiji, he would more than likely try to manipulate you into only using your abilities when he wants you to.
He’s far more subtle yet demanding about it, though; the kind of guy who would want you to think it’s somehow your idea to please him, not his.
Another character who has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge; Ruki isn’t into experiments, but he is into intellect and the thought that your powers are something unknown to him bothers him. He’d be deeply interested in learning more about it and would expect you to answer every aching question he has, no matter how obscene and whether or not you actually even know the answers to it.
When he finds out that you are able to turn half-bloods into pure vampires it sparks a flame within him; desire. A desire to use your abilities to raise his own vampiric powers and abilities and those of his brothers - you might feel more like a beloved and useful tool or source of information or power than a lover.
He would report to Karlheinz about your healing powers and would most likely even seek the Vampire King’s permission to try and become purebloods. If Karlheinz should agree then you better not disappoint or you’ll be severely punished by your ambitious sadistic lover.
Ruki does love you and your powers, it’s just that ambition and manipulation is in his very nature. He would never utter it aloud but he fears that your powers will somehow grant you the strength to leave him. What if you find a way to reverse the effects of your healing; a way to destroy instead of heal?
What if you leave him, then? Because you’re powerful and, on the flipside, he’s not powerful enough to stop you?
His mother already abandoned him, left him to rot. He could not handle it if you did the same - he was helpless when his mother left and he refused to be the same way if you tried to. His need to control your powers comes from that deep-rooted trauma and the inner overwhelming fear of abandonment.

Kou would be easygoing about your abilities, healing powers feel right for you to have.
Comes to you every single time he has the smallest scrapes. Never asks outright to be healed he’ll just dramatically huff and sigh until you cave in, roll your eyes playfully and wrap your hair around it.
Kou adores combing his fingers through your hair at random times of the day - when you’re laying in bed, when you’re reading a book and he’s bored, when you are in the middle of getting dressed for the night ahead - he just likes to make you feel loved.
Having said that, if you do anything to upset him his vindictive nature will come out. If he feels neglected or as though you emotionally wounded him in some way he’ll tug on your hair harshly, anger flaming in his eyes as he smiles ever-so-pristinely as you beg him to stop because “it hurts!”.
He cares very little for the specifics behind your powers so unlike Ruki and Reiji he wouldn’t be interested in researching them. What they can do is more important to him than ‘how’.
Kou is the kind of man to show his lover off on display. Whenever he can, amongst those who can know of the supernatural, he will have his arms locked with his and talk to others about how extraordinary your healing is - he wants others to know that his lover is superior to anyone else, and in turn he is thus superior.
You chose to be with him - therefore you were his - and he was proud of that fact. You, despite being a mere human, had this awe-inspiring power that no one else had; it made you special and it made him even more special, to be envied.
He’d be pretty surprised but in his typical crude way. He finds it kind of neat, but it’s a momentary shock before it fades. In the end you’re still ‘just a human’, even if you’re able to do things most humans cannot.
“...Hey, does this mean you’re able to bring my plants back to life? Do that, sow.”
He doesn’t care about what you can do either for himself or for others, but the thought of you being an asset to his garden has him coloured stoked.
Will absolutely demand you work on his dying plants. Sometimes even the greatest of gardeners struggle to keep beloved plants alive; and there you are, with this healing power - it’s too perfect.
Gods forbid that the food he grows tastes better after your powers are used on it; otherwise your presence in his garden will become a necessity and chore you cannot wiggle out of. He WILL throw you over his damn shoulder and carry you there if he has to.
In reality, it would actually turn into spending quality time in the garden together; he’d claim he only wanted you there for what you could do but that is far from the truth. Yuma loves the way the moonlight envelopes your (h/c) head in its silvery shine as you tend to his crops, delicate hands healing minor plant diseases and at other times wrapping your locks around individual crops and leaves or stems - if he had a proper heartbeat then it would beat rapidly.

You’ll heal him whether he wants it or not, probably.
Would be fascinated by you and your powers, but it would be more of an innocent awe than anything else. He likes to watch you heal things and others.
Unfortunately he views the fact you can heal basically anything as a green light to inflict worse harm on himself than usual; he basks in the attention you give him whenever you fret over his bleeding wounds; it makes him feel loved and wanted.
Because self-harm is his coping mechanism you’ll have a terribly difficult time in convincing him against it, especially since you possess these powers. Furthermore if you’re able to also heal yourself it’ll encourage him to try to hurt you as well - to him, pain is pleasure and he just wants to make you feel good.
Nothing is better than the sensation of the threads of your hair wrapped around his pale, cold skin cutting into the seeping gashes of his flesh as you heal him and hum to him. He lives for the sharp pain that occurs before the healing; you’re hesitant to hurt him and sometimes it makes him feel unwanted, but in those silent moments of quick agony he knows you do care.
