*regarding rpf: given the circumstances of 'my personal experiences and what i like,' it would be reasonable to warn that this blog will contain rpf content. as i am currently unsure how i will approach this subject, i'm only giving further explanation because i will likely be very vague or unorthodox with how i go about my posts that are meant to allude to rpf. expect moreso meta commentary on rpf themes than actual rpf. generally speaking if you do not agree with rpf, then i would not recommend following.

it's not crazy to say that the only thing stopping a lot of "average" men from living an epstein lifestyle is resources. I think it's not crazy to say that. I don't think every man is like that nor do I think it's innate to anyone, but in a patriarchal society it is exactly the kind of dynamic that would be the peak of masculinity which is why sex traffickers like andrew tate get so popular. differentiating from this ideal is even shamed. making a deal of my blog warnings in the beginning was alsofunny cos thats like ocd compulsion of having to confess and lay it out first anything thats morally wrong with me first before youget to know me so my current attitude towards my initial idea of "i could opine about what i think about these subjects" is ummmmmmm:

rpf isnt and shouldnt be shocking cos having feelings for real people is maybethe most basic thing ever and whatever thhe activity of Slashfic and Shipping or whatever is a) just toys, which are ethically mundane to dubious at most if u are just self aware and careful about ur dispersal of rpf content and b) it's just devices and mirroring and roundabout ways of projecting ur own ego and wants onto subjects that are compelling to u in a way that can make it fun and also protect ur ego a little

and onthe other hand 2024 i was kind of obsessed with figuring out the 'justifications' of cnc / violence / etc kinks mostly out of youguessedit ocd but ya its why i talked abt contrapointstwilight video somuch bc it was soothing to latch onto that as an explanation/justification of my psyche. which is to say that like... i think i still agree with the ideas from the video lol it's kind of straightforward. disavowal and intensity and coping with femininity and misogyny. there is a very common guilt pattern for ppl with thesekinks that they feel bad because "nothing has ever happened to them" because it is said that these kinks are traumagenic and dismisses others whose trauma is "legitimate." there's this animation called Modesty which has an authors quote that sticks with me: "sometimes i worry that i shouldnt be allowed to make art about sexual trauma because i am not a survivor but then i remember that i am a woman." and it is also a point from the twilight video that It Is Known That women are often shamed for their desires, made fun of, etc etc etc... so the disavowal feature of noncon for instance is simply put "i dont want to show that i want sex by initiating/asking for it so i am going to imagine that it is forced upon me thus it absolves me from blame!" and human psyche especially sexual proclivities is nebulous and this isnt like a mathematical route that is exactly why people develop thesesorts of complexes or whatever but it's kind of the basis of it i guess....anyway yeah

so while i am getting more assurance internally abt my proclivities, because it would stress me out forever if i beatmyselfup about them, there ofcourse still exists fear of vilification for it, it's hard when you think youll be shamed for desire so u develop kinks bc of it and then u get shamed for the kinks, life is funny. there is (evidently) always a sort of debate about if kink should be "normalized" and at the moment that is not something i can break down because i am on ocd relief break from thinking about it too much or else i might freak out but one day i would like to understand it.
