My theory for Bendys backstory is that he was abandoned. Boris found him while he was homeless and decided to take care of him. Alice found them and introduced them to the show business and was sort of this motherly figure to bendy ( and Boris?? I’m not too sure ).

Happy creation day aka birthday 2 me :)

When I started tumbler I only just posted little post like oc content but later wanted to keep developing my artsyle, so I made this to celebrate my birthday :)

I don’t really post much about my ocs often (CUZ OF NAMELESS DEITY, UR HOGGING ALL MY CONTENT/j) but i realllyyy love drawing anyway, either favs or whiteboard doodles :)

HIIIII!!!! In the boris post you mentioned that bendy has been through a lot but you didn't elaborate on what and little old me got curious about that. Could you tell us what happened maybe? No rush ofc!

Yes! I won’t go TOO far into detail because I want to go “slow” with it, but I’ll give this-

So in this AU “Joey Drew Studios” is still a thing! Bendy of course, was the star at that place. In VERY old posts I’ve alluded to the fact that Bendy, despite being the star and so young, was not treated very nicely there, specifically by Joey, and was heavily impacted by the constant pressure he was under at the studio. Boris, as well, was a victim of the same stress while he was working there! Right until Joey’s death, Bendy had been put through a lot, and wouldn’t be able to resolve it so easily, even up til the present period in my AU. There is another element, but I’m still figuring it out because it’s something I haven’t spoken about yet, just know it involves Wilson and is a bit of an explanation for the Ink Demon. Thank you for your question! :DDD

Boris The Wolf and Bendy Drew

Boris was 16. Bendy was 10. Back then, they were homeless, just two kids trying to survive in the rough parts of town.

Boris had worked in factories to make his money, making 3 cents a week to be surrounded by machines that could cut your arm off. Boris was careful, but efficient. He had to.

Unfortunately, that wasn't enough. While working on a machine, he didn’t react fast enough, and that same machine took his ear right off.

Bendy tried to find work in those factories as well, wanting to be useful. He wanted to help. He felt horrible for all the trouble Boris went through to keep them both afloat. However, Boris never let him.

Boris didn't want the kid he saw as a little brother to…

Boris needed Bendy to be safe, especially after all that poor kid's been through. If it costed Boris an ear to do that, hell, he'd give away his other one.
