As resourceful as his moniker, the Coyote often kept a close association with the underground despite his bounty hunter status. It offered a few individuals a sort of immunity, and in return, Ric benefited from information that he otherwise wouldn’t be privy to in his day to day duties as a thief taker. Word often got around and if it was important enough, he was typically one of the first to know about it from his contacts. A few choice people had been kept on his BOLO list, resulting in a constant influx of info regarding individuals he knew but didn’t entirely trust.
Schala ‘Heartless’ Hart, daughter of a Legionare and an imperial at heart. Something had told him that she wasn’t being quite upfront with him, and despite her troubled relationship with her father, he wasn’t so sure she’d be prompted to leave on a whim. The threats on her life seemed irrelevant now that she was back under the empire’s wing, and to him, it appeared as if she’d falsified information. Likely to get close. He counted it as fortunate he hadn’t mentioned his home location, and was thankful the island of Vylbrand was so large. However, precautions would be necessary if he didn’t want to end up back under Garlemald’s thumb. His crimes against the empire were unforgivable and given his somewhat close association with the young blonde, he was sure there would be a point where she would come for him. Whether or not she wanted to, the Empire operated on it’s own agenda and you either followed along or were pushed to the wayside and the gallows. Orders would be placed, and she’d begin her hunt.
