A rather long, more angsty comic that I had in my drafts for a while. I feel like things like this probably happened more than once. I imagine N was a walking trauma reminder for both J and V because of how he was the only one being consistently lobotomized and kept in the dark. It could've been a factor to J's disdain with him but I also think it jaded V. I can't imagine she was always so cold with him, i feel like after watching the last "friend" you thought you had becoming a scraped out dog for the thing that killed you both kinda kills any hope you might've had left. At some point V decided that the best way to interact with what has become of N was to pretend she didn't remember his name
