Future of New Girl
Iām still emotional to write a big post about what New Girl meant to me, so Iām gonna answer a few questions.
Remember when I told you that I believe New Girl will come back in the future, no matter what? Jake Johnson gave an interview and he sees the series finale as aĀ āpauseā, not the end. Mark my words, roommates. New Girl WILL COME BACK. It might be in five years, or it might take longer. But like Roseanne or Fuller House, the show will be back. The cast loves the show. Liz loves the show (Her baby!). They will do other stuff in the meantime, but when the time is right, new episodes will arrive.
We saw the valet cards! You were right all along. Thank you so much for everything.

Same. Especially Zooeyās latest post. People here really believed that she and Jake donāt get along and I repeatedly said thatās not true. They are great friends and that post is just proof of that.

New Girl
Hi, roommates. As you all know, the seventh and final season of New Girl starts today. I just wanted to say thank you to all the fans for welcoming me to the New Girl Tumblr community. Watching the episodes, talking with you guys about it and answering your questions was a lot of fun, and I hope we can keep up this energy for the final season. I wasnāt very active in the past months for personal reasons, but Iām back again. Enjoy this final season, because it is truly excellent. Everyone fought for it, just for you, the fans. And Iāll still be here after the show ends, so we can talk about New Girl and more for the rest of our lives.
One final ride! Have fun. Itās a good one.
I know weāre asking to get a lot out of season 7 with only 8 episodes BUT with Schmece being in the spotlight for 2 seasons, engagement, wedding, pregnancy, we NEED Ness to get what they deserve in the end. That being said are we gonna see them have their own baby this season? WE NEEEED THIS
Let me tell you this: This season is for the fans, especially Ness fans. So yeah, you guys will be very happy..
Will we see flashbacks of Ceceās pregnancy?

Will we see what happened right after the elevator scene?

Do you know what the cast will do after New Girl?
Some of the actors will definitely take a break (Zooey Deschanel for example), others could appear in the next TV season with another show. I know Jake Johnson, Max Greenfield and Hannah Simone are getting a lot of offers right now, but not sure if they are going to star in another broadcast show again, at least not so soon. I could see some of them starring in a cable show (Fewer episodes, more money).
Why are Jess and Nick not married?
I think the answer is pretty obvious..there is nothing special about revealing that Jess and Nick are married after a time jump. Fans deserve a wedding..
I know you're working on New Girl and not Brooklyn Nine-Nine, but do you know anything about the renewal chances of B99?
I love Brooklyn Nine-Nine and I also know the crew very well. They are not very optimistic, unfortunately. One friend said it really feels like the last season.Ā
You were totally right about the one hour season finale! Yay!
