so i finally watched Destroying a World that doesn't exist and man

I am forcing people to watch them vids so I can yap w my buds

I've apparently been making my D&D fellas based on Skyrim's dwarf vibe n it's been neat

also lwk, been hella dead - kinda got work almost every day now and tryin to work on comms

for context - Ren, from another campaign - idk if i posted them, i dont like the 'shading' - also Ren's supposed to have bengal cat patterns but most is covered by armor

also I rendered Tanker cuz player in said campaign is also in plate and I wanted to see if I can render metal (its hella messy cuz im tired af)

also they're both armorers but Tanker's also a barbarian and home rule of heavy armor not negating rage

the amount of boons ive been given for artifcer armorer to be more fun and helpful and then i still suck because the dice gods hate me

oh yea the text does say something but i aint sayin shit til the players read it themselves cuz some follow and i think it'll be neat

also I built Tanker to got through an arc of learning to be a people and process their emotions and allow themselves to be selfish and do things for themselves.

They're a former war bot - one of many Tanker Shields - built to protect their squad n they dont know what to do with themselves aside from continuing to protect (this new squad is weird)

also based kinda off of one of my fav dnd characters, tinker shield (who had a problem of over protecting humans and lmao it got exemplified until their death)

i like giving my characters a flaw to either have them work through or worsen depending on the party - only when comfy tbf - and I mean like, hella comfy w em - otherwise theyre more of just, me but not quite)

A bit later than usual - lots of fun drawin this fella, granted I decided to do daffodils instead of whatever the OG flowers are cuz daffodils are my favorite n I felt like it. Also, the daisies for the pot were 2 fellas in the jam's suggestion (after I asked lol)

I probs could've had the antenna more dynamic but didn't wanna go outside the box too much lmao (I may be pushing it atp)

The vibrant colors of today's palette had me thinkin - gotta do the undertale AU (or is it trashheap? I've seen both??)

Will say - I had a bit of difficulty w this one - tried using opacity n layering but it just looked like a mess n basically completely redid it - also first time I used a second layer (just in case I didn't like the new attempt)

Less is more sometimes and man it def applied w whatever my first attempt was like damn (I used the blue as shadows)

also today the white background was black which I think made it feel even more fitting

Joined the daily palette art jam again

it's very fun to draw on magma - idk why I was so nervous (it took me basically a year to actually start drawing on there .-.)

This time I did Defernull n like - idk he's being edgy or tryin to look scary? I just had a vague idea, it felt empty, n so I fucked around w it until I liked how it looked.

I also drafted palettes imma try n use - mostly grabbed from doodles I've already made and feel like they fit

also order of doin - the big color palette one is latest, the one w spamton respectfully lookin is the first, and the one of Tenna waving is the second

I'll probs figure out a way to get consistent colors lmao

also technically these were done between doodles but also the artwork thing is not done lmao - also sometimes using more of the canvas makes doodles look funky, ya know?

Will say right out the gate - I know nothin about music but really enjoy it (who doesn't tbf) and also the shadowguys are like my fav lil guys

just kinda had a strong idea of a fella and drew 'em, ya know?

also 2 fits cuz why not have a lil variety

I also kinda got the idea that maybe they help write or coordinate songs in TV world idk

not like a full on sona, as if I were to try n make one based on me - they'd probably be based on my art tablet (it does have a couple stickers :3) or something else art related

finally checked out what defernull is and I am totally Very Normal about Tenna yes (I am very intensely hyperfixated on them now ahhhhHHH)

First time tweening n I enjoy how that turned out :3

I will do a master post of the crew once I finish the refs, got 2 left to do meaning probably tomorrow or the day after if I continue my 1 ref a day (the stuff I gotta do is render the uniform thing cuz I already did the sketches and the doodles of the fella vibin or whatever)

I am also gunna wanna work on a lot of the other things I need to work on for Amphyle Tau so I can start actually making mini stories n like I wanna try n figure out how to do like an in-universe ask blog thing cuz they're neat n all that

I think I posted here when tryin to do the 3D model - got sidetracked w doing something else and I wanna start over lmao - and actually research a bit more before getting into it

admittedly, I did get more comms and am waiting for email about training for a new job (which will be part time) so who knows how my rate of art is gunna be effected (also the comms aren't something I can post here lmao)

Potchly, the main doctor of the two of their current crew.

Honestly, they had the roughest of the three. Their career wouldn't be too much different - just caring for more people - but it had changed them personally.

I am kinda bein vague w details cuz I want to make the stroy I'm working on either a comic or an animated show - but also that's gunna take a while - plus details are prone to changing as things get solidified, so I am really only talking about things that are likely to not change
