Title: The! Vis sliver supply! Is dwindling! Requestee: Premo! That’s me!
Desc: There’s been an influx of newcomers lately!! Many of them cannot be sustained by food and, and…!! Our vis sliver supplies are getting low! I’ve been unable to gather enough by myself… the lives of your fellow villagers may be at risk!! So I’m requesting everyone’s help.
There’s been an influx of vis sliver crystals in Silvermoss Cave, so, um… you may want to look there first!! But don’t fall in the pool, please!
The snow falls in a light dust, and the threat of heavier clouds on the horizon is out of mind for now. You intend to head out alone today, as you always would, and enjoy a leisurely walk with a job to do that doesn’t involve tracking game.
But, as you set out from the town hall with your borrowed supplies, you spot a familiar face. It’s him… the artist guy. Maybe you should ask him his name some time. He doesn’t seem busy, so you approach shyly.
“Hey. Um.” Your voice sticks in your throat a moment too long, so you open your journal where you’ve written down the task among various scribbles, pointing to the words. “We…we can carry more, with two of us.”
@scintillaeki
It’s been plenty enough time for him to get adjusted to this place. More than plenty enough, probably, and as much as he loves his art, he’s got to have more than that to be able to keep himself going here. As if he were ever a master of self-care.
Loki’s brows furrowed, briefly lost in thought trying to think upon the listings he’d seen posted earlier on, but the train of thought is quickly broken by a voice that he almost doesn’t hear at first. Lifting his gaze, Loki’s eyes are immediately greeted with the sight of words scrawled upon a page.
He blinks, reading the words being shown to him before he looks up and realizes that this is the same guy you’d met not too long ago in the Chateau.
“I-- You want me to... come with you, then?” That’s new. People didn’t normally invite him to join them just because... but no, it made sense, two people could carry more. If he went it could make the trip more productive. Right, “Uh, I-- I could help, sure.”
