⟨ small notes about this blog; ⟩

So, considering that I’m writing a canon character  ( and I don’t feel like Sakura will be going away anytime soon )  I figured I’d make a small post / PSA about this blog just for those people who are new and want a quick run down of everything;

☆   ❛ I write Sakura Kinomoto from the Cardcaptor Sakura series — I DO NOT write the Sakura from the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, nor will I have a verse for this series. My reasons for this choice are simply because I haven’t read the TRC and I’m not really interested in it. Sorry about that !

☆   ❛ I automatically write Sakura when she’s over sixteen— the main reason behind this choice is because I don’t feel 100% comfortable writing a child character all the time. Though I still do write Sakura in her manga / anime arcs and when she’s in elementary school. Her older faceclaim is Skaura from TRC though.

☆   ❛ Personally, I’m not the biggest fan of the clear card arc  ( if you’ve read it, you might understand why )  and although I won’t disregard it as canon material, until it is completed and everything is explained, I won’t really be touching on that section of Sakura’s canon.

☆   ❛ In the original manga, there were only 19 Clow Cards, the anime  ( for some reason )  added around 40 different cards and because CLAMP did have a say in the show, I will consider these extra cards as part of canon material, I’ll make a headcanon about the specifics of each Card at a later date.

☆   ❛ I’m not really into shipping Sakura with anyone romantically at the moment  ( even if a Li were to show up )  although she’ll probably develop crushes, I don’t think that anything will come from it? I mean, I could find a really deep ship, but at the moment pretty sure it’s just friendships over here - though I’m totally open to talking and plotting.

☆   ❛ Sakura isn’t my only roleplay blog, I have another muse who is very dear to me and takes up a lot more of my energy. If I vanish from Sakura, you can probably find me over there, so feel free to follow me / interact with me over on my MAIN.

ooc!      listen , the thought of these two being really close girl friends is literally the cutest thing in the world to be honest !!   ( verses possibly clashing aside )  just imagine these two girls both studying super hard for a math test , just imagine Sakura trying to encourage Chibiusa when it comes to P.E , but better yet just softly imagine one day they run into the same scene in their magical girl attire  ( well, at least chibs b/c sakura only gets her costumes made lmfao )  and there’s just a great moment of ❛ ……………….. ❜  between them.

listen, I just adore the thought of this friendship and I am 100 / 10 down for these two being cute friends and doing normal + magical girl things. literally end me with that and these two being supportive and happy and just -sobs into hands-

                   with guilt clear upon her features, there was no doubt that Sakurafelt guilty about her actions   ( more so, she felt guilty that sheinvolved another person in her own affairs )  despite the kindness he had shown bypulling her out of the river, the stern tone he scolded her in was almost reminiscentof her father. ❛ I’msorry, I won’t do anything like that again, I promise—— ❜      head tilted downwards,her brows furrowed in thought——— it had been so long since she had apremonition so strong!!

                  Feeling a chill run across her skin, Sakura couldn’t help theshivers that rolled across her form in a visible manner. ❛ But … thank you. ❜      after a moment of silence, her voice spokeup in a soft tone. Truly she was thankful that he had rescued her from the torrentialwaters, even if his words did strike a chord with her. ❛ If you hadn’t helped me, I would probably be swimmingwith the fish. ❜      and with that, alaughter sounded from her — even if it was tinged with nerves.

Milkshake? ❜      quite quickly  ( andto literally nobody’s surprise ) Sakura’s thoughts had headed in the directionof food, towards the cold drink made with ice-cream and extras that she could freelychoose—— she felt her cravings for the treat begin to take hold of her tongueand stomach.

                ❛ Do youwant to get a milkshake? I just got my allowance yesterday so I can get one.Did you know there’s a shop near here that’ll let you put chocolate stars ontop? With whipped cream? ❜      and by this point, she’salmost too excited and raring to get one, even if it was completely missing thepoint of what he had said initially.

                                 before the galactic princess herself could turn on her heel and runaway from the situation, Sakura was quick to reach out and take hold of theback of her blazer. ❛ Ch-Chibiusa-chan !!  ❜     calling out her name with fear strickenvocals, the captor wasn’t planning to let go of her friend anytime soon. ❛ Y-You can’t just leave me here alone !  What if it’s really … r-really… really a ghost— ❜    even the mere use of the word was enough tocause chills to run down her spine, tears pricking at her eyes as she CLUNGonto Chibiusa for dear life.

                          although the Cardcaptor herself had been gazing out onto the scenerybefore her   ( itwas that time of year; when sakura blossoms lined the city and their scentcould be truly taken in )   shewas able to take a brief moment to glance towards whoever the other person wastalking about—— there was no doubt about that the person was attractive, hadthey any magic in their veins and Sakura would have felt some form ofattraction towards them. ❛  Ah.
