not my brother who i not so long ago talked about how i'm probably autistic criticising me for having a crying meltdown as he said a bunch of mean things to me out of nowhere, saying that it's not how adults behave. i have some news for you....

it happened saturday and i'm still ruminating constantly over it. i'm also pmsing and almost cried today at work for being overwhelmed.

he basically started getting upset over things he didn't communicate about even once before, accusing me of things that weren't even my fault. he hated that i cried and ran away to another room and it honestly felt like he thought i was behaving like a child for having feelings.

he even threatened to not take me home as he was the one who drove me. i didn't even engage much in the conflict aside from crying because i was afraid of how he might react....

i wrote a whole poem about it yesterday hoping it would help me process it and it did a little but, i'm still so hung up on it...

i've also noticed how he sometimes gets really mad at me for not understanding something and looks down on me, he reminds me so much of our dad when he's like this and i hate it

all my mom did was tell me to "stop caring so much" and "learn to control your emotions" and tell him to "communicate more kindly" and say that our behaviours were like we were little kids again which doesn't entirely sit right with me either lmao but at least she tried i guess

also one of the things he got mad about is how i don't listen or am distracted when we play board games, which i can't do anything about. plus the audacity of it when they all won't let me talk and let me into the conversation i just can't with this dysfunctional family lol
