🤔 partner consistently drinks/eats 5/6ths of our fun beverages/snacks/sweets and when i get sad that they don’t like… share fairly with me they go “but you eat/drink so much more slowly than me…” because i don’t eat half of the popsicles or drink half of the 12-pack of beer in a week’s time.

especially wounding when just a couple years ago they told me i was too fat to be in love with wholly and that my body wasn’t their preference. so i try to limit my sweets and my snacking and my beer consumption.

like. what am i supposed to do 🤩 if i try to keep up with their place i’ll just gain weight and if i don’t keep up then i just don’t get like… my fair share LOL

🥴🥴 i just like… tried to have a serious conversation with my partner about how i don’t feel like they actually listen to what i say and the whole time they were just like of like. “yeah. yeah. i understand. that’s reasonable. yeah.” and then just stopped responding all together like jeesssuuusssss nothing is ever going to change
