The #wayout exit #sign still has fuzzies to be sanded, but I thought I'd post an in-progress closeup to show what the eighth inch ball nose finish pass with 40% overlap looked like, closer up you can see that the letters are 3D shaped, it is really punky wood so I did two finish passes, one with quarter inch ball nose first, then this pass with eighth inch, I think maybe a coat of sanding sealer next before sanding. #inprogress #cnc at #ballardmillworks
