Was looking for inspiration when I came across old pictures I had drawn in middle school/high school and I decided to do a re-draw of some of them. My mother passed away when I was 5, and because I was so young I don't have many clear memories. A lot of what I know about her is from stories from family and items she left behind. One of these items was a canvas that she painted a bunch of the dogs from 101 dalmatians on. She loved to create art and I definitely inherited that passion. It's late but I wanted to do a piece for #transvisibilityday which I accidentally wrote as trans awareness day but you get my drift. I'm a firm believer that I wouldn't be who I am today if I didn't live the first 20 or so years of my life as a female presenting person. I learned a lot about life and now I can see things from both sides as a trans man.
