leo-thefriendlyghostâ:
âAnd sunrises are a proof that a day can start beautifully even though the rest of it can get ugly,â he spoke softly, looking at the sunset. Now, there werenât many things left that he could enjoy as a ghost but he was grateful that he still could see the beauty of nature.
âYeah my mum would of probably agreed with you.â She replied her tone quieter returning her gaze to the sky for a moment before looking back at him. âDo you come up here often Leon? I donât think Iâve seen you up here before.âÂ
imnotjamespotterâ:
James blinked, eyes skimming over the many hues of oranges, purples, pinks, and yellows that swirled around in the sky as the girl before him described the beauty in it. âYeah?â he asked, leaning back in the sill, crossing his arms. âBecause Iâve heard sunsets this vivid are incited by massive amounts of pollution. Pretty fucked, innit?â
She focused herself back to the colourful sky as he spoke waiting for him to say something equally as inspiring as her mother had about sunsets. âBloody hell mate, yeah of course thatâs fucked, but way to be pessimistic.â She retorted with a laugh and shaking her head at the boy. âand sweets give you cavitys and rot your teeth but I still enjoy them.â trying to mimic his pessimist way on thinking.Â
stoptalking-lucindaâ:
âThat sounds like a load of utter shit to me.â Lucinda replied, her arms crossed over her chest as she leaned against the doorway of the Astronomy Tower. She had come up here looking for one of her teammates, but instead had stumbled upon Septima. Shrugging her shoulders a bit, she pushed off from where she was leaning against the doorway, and took a few steps towards the other girl. âI suppose it looks nice, though Iâve seen prettier. Nothing Iâd really want to snap a photo of, though.â
âYeah I guess youâre right.â Septima laughed, Lucinda did have a valid point she herself even questioned the sentiment. âReally?â This however threw her as she looked out at the hues and tilted her head to the side trying to catch it at a different angle. âI thought it was at least Snapchat worthy, maybe not worth an Instagram post though.âÂ
caradcdearbrnâ:
ââs alright.â Doc let his bag drop to the ground as he approached where Septima was sitting and put his hands where there was room beside her in an effort to anchor himself as he leaned his torso outside to observe the sunset in mention. âYâknow, as far as planetary rotations go. Iâm more of a sunrise guy myself.â
âWhy?â She questioned hoping for a logical reasoning âEspecially when that requires waking up at a ridiculous time. Iâm more of a sleep girl myself.â She smirked as she knowingly used his phrasing and looked up at him waiting for her answer.
Septima was sat in the astronomy tower. Her legs dangled off the edge of one of the large window sills as she watched the sun set and sky change to different hues of red, purple, and pink. When she heard the echoing of steps she kept her focus on the sky and spoke âMy mum used to say sunsets were proof that even terrible days can end beautifully.â She turned he body to face the other âNow I donât know if I believe that load of bollocks but itâs beautiful donât you think?â
