Smiled a little at this tweet Atlus just put out as of late, but Strohl being shown off alongside Junpei, Yosuke, and Ryuji was an extra nice touch.

Strohl is one of my favorites in Metaphor but he truly is the Junpei/Yosuke/Ryuji of the Metaphor squad, and Will's bro.

Ngl I just remembered but I do kinda wish Dawn got to participate in the Pokeathlon even just once in DP. Ash participated in one which was fine but I would've loved to see Dawn take a shot at it too even if she wouldn't necessarily win.

She's different from both May and Serena in a good way imo in that even though she's a Coordinator first and foremost she doesn't limit her scope in what she participates in and does. She's pretty girly, but she isn't above getting her hands down and dirty with other things (even things that are conventionally seen as "boy stuff"!) outside of her primary profession. She tended to participate in the occasional battle tournament like the Hearthome Tag Battle Competition and even the Junior Cup in BW, other aspects of her return there aside. She may not be a hardcore battler but she's a damn good one when she does battle. She even actually had a battle against Maylene, a Gym Leader, even if that wasn't for victory but simply to get Maylene out of her defeatist mindset. And the Twinleaf Battle Festival at that time too.

Not that I mind in hindsight per se, but it would've been nice for her to take a shot at a Pokeathlon too. It would've fit her since she is one of the few Trainers in the Ash era who doesn't limit her scope outside of her primary profession (in her case Contests), unlike the other two who generally "stayed in their lane", for lack of better word. Which is something she always had in common with Ash himself. She's able and willing to do a lot of things and apply her talents as a Trainer to a variety of different contexts. A Pokeathlon, a type of competition where Pokemon are effectively athletes participating in a variety of athletic events, would've been right up her alley as something she could at least do just once.

The Pokeathlon back then showed up in just one episode as HGSS promo and Ash participated in one, but I think it would've been nice in that particular instance if Dawn got to participate too...imo.

The recent Horizons episode imo gives a pretty good idea of what Liko would act like if she ever got high or drunk when she's older. Even though she was only in a dream sequence.

Which is to say...she's thoroughly a nutjob deep down. She's a freak and finds utter enjoyment in the freakiest, perhaps even the most dangerous shit imaginable. The contrast between her outwardly polite and soft-spoken self and being a total freak deep down, but merely doing a really good job of hiding it normally, is a bit amusing.
