imagine if they un-scenecored invader zim. invader sim
ik people get mad at others for censoring mildly abrasive terms like 'kill' or 'bitch' or 'ass' or whatever but do remember that this is often done to work around censorship systems, unalive is still a stupid thing to say but censor words like that happen because of fear of something being taken down, not usually that people were too scared to say the word 'die'
'kill yourself' is a chickens insult. kill me yourself you coward
whats with this thing in kids media where whenever theres a ginger woman shes always some pretty lass but whenever theres a ginger man hes like balding or divorced or smth
there should be a word for when it kinda feels like writers allot a maximum of one 'diverse' feature per character cause im sure ive seen that a lot, like i feel like they sometimes pick between being queer, poc, neurodivergent, disabled, etc for a character and are afraid to give them more than one or two, like its 'double dipping it' or smth
also a needed is word for when they say the cast is diverse but the main character(s) are more 'typical' and the ones with less common traits or identities are just side characters cause thats also pretty annoying
i would like to specify this is often the fault of the corps rather than the writers. the corps are money-oriented and afraid that showing characters that arent relatable enough will put off audiences which is rarely true. this is still an issue with writers sometimes but usually its the fault of the company meddling with shit that they shouldnt in fear of financial loss

maybe the reason people let women wear mens clothes but didnt let men wear womens clothes is cause they found the movement towards masculinity and strength more acceptable than the movement towards femininity and 'weakness'
that they thought the fight to be manly made you strong, not realising that the fight to be free made you strong
anyone else have that thing where you learned enough japanese to read hiragana and katakana but quit so you have that semi-useless knowledge but every now and then you can see some katakana text and youre able to read it and it makes you feel all smart for it? not just me right?
old game graphics are so much better than new ones cause there was like actual texture to the old ones but so many new ones are smoothed out and shit and its lost the unique Game Flavour it used to have
using mk as an example, the graphics and expressions may be better but i feel like how its all been smoothed out has made it look a little, well, plastic
i saw the ending of deltarune and im pretty sure this happened but i cant remember
someone used an image of mr house as a reaction image in a comment section and when i first glanced at it i coulda sworn it was that tree from that one meme
pinterest detection will see anything vaguely resembling a blood splatter and shrivel up in agony like a salted slug
something in shape language i dont think is said enough is that its not just the body that helps build the form but also the features of the whole design
both of these work of course but in the second it leaves more of an impact cause the outfit and hair also have strong forms too. dont worry too much about the individual features, not as much as you do for the resulting shape
we should stop spelling it as menace and start spelling it as menis
i love when people do this trick. really makes it pop
(aka lineart in shading)
ok real talk theres words that perfectly fit their subjects but what the fuck is with 'hamster'. that is not a hamster. hamster should be the name of an appliance or a fancy lads surname or smth hamster does NOT sound like how the animal looks. poles were right chomik is a way better name for them
