I’m not in the LimboLane fandom anymore and probably will only be posting to @x-screwball-x

I figured it would be easier to drop my (main) account for the foreseeable future since I have quite a bit of you are following me for it, since none of my original stuff gets any traction. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy with like, 15 likes on something, but anything original doesn’t typically go past 3. It’s probably an issue with tumblr itself, in all honesty.

I’ve had some stuff go on in the past few months and I really don’t have the energy to keep engaging with the fandom, (and frankly I don’t want some people seeing this account anymore) since I don’t really hold the same enthusiasm for it. I still love the media, obviously, but I’ve moved on to other things artistically and it wouldn’t be fair to try and force myself to engage with a community that only supports a certain thing from me and not me as an artist. Especially when the art I was putting out was nothing I was proud of. (Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying anyone has ill intent by only following me for my fandom stuff.) All of you have been so kind to me and I liked making content from it.

Fandom culture can be fun, but when most of your follower count is made up of people from fandom, you’re very limited on what you get engagement for.

I will still be posting on my side blog, but it will only be whatever I want to draw at the time, and some bigger projects. Yes, it will still be fandom content, but I don’t want to push myself to do anything from a certain fandom long term. There’ll probably be stuff from TMC, Hylics, Metal Family, and whatever singer I’m obsessed with at the time, as well as oc things.

The Thatcher model is public now!!

(the one on the left, my friend lmao) I’ll be giving it away at 10pm EST in the world ‘ Mandela Home ‘ tomorrow, (26th) if there’s interest for it.

If you’re interested in getting the model feel free to comment. If you miss it you can always just reach out to me if you want it that bad. I’d prefer this not be up on any search worlds as well as my models I release in the future. But I won’t take my time to set something up if nobody is interested.

I’m still somewhat new to avatar creation even though I’ve been doing it for maybe 2 years now, so give me some slack.

I tried to fix as many issues as I could but if I notice something particularly glaring while using it I’ll fix it later. Please don’t bug me about fixing it.
