House is starting to feel and look like how we want it. Just got the master bedroom, toilet, pantry and garden still to do
Been a while since i last posted. Between Uni workload and personal stuff going on, its been busy.
Its currently spring break. Throughout this 3 weeks ‘off’ I’m working on my positive psychology assignment, studying for my exams that are in may and working on my lab report. Plus spring cleaning and finishing some decorating and decluttering the shed out back for the summer. And my mothers in law is visiting in a couple of weeks.
So i really need to get a plan set up so i know what i need done for each day without falling behind.
Moved in 6weeks ago and slowly starting to get the decorating done. Got the front rooms to do this week and will start upstairs after Christmas.
In the past 5months a LOT has happened and i am very grateful to have a supportive husband and my cute lil dogs and my mum and lil sis 💕

Cognitive neuroscience ?
I’m now in 2nd year and I started this journey thinking I wanted to be a clinical psychologist however, I am now starting to think maybe not? ...
Cognitive neuroscience has me fascinated, but I do worry this may not be a great choice for me. For the past 7/8 years I have had fears about my own brain (i won’t go into it) but I am unsure if I study this particular aspect (memory) in more depth if it will be triggering or helpful. I could learn more and understand and confront my fears or will i get too obsessed and trigger my paranoia further? I have always been cautious going into psychology as for years I have wanted to go into this field and was warned against it which has left me questioning any decisions regarding it.
Does anyone else study psychology or cognitive neuroscience or is intrigued by them and also suffers from mental illnesses? And if so do you find knowing more about these helpful or harmful?

Ok, so not psychology related but i finally bought an erin condren lifeplanner to help organise and plan my week in a more efficient way. I got the 18month horizontal flora design lifeplanner. Will start posting weekly photos in July (which is when this planner starts).
Year One Complete :)
Completed my first year of my psychology degree. Its went so fast, results day is 9th July. I am hoping i passed everything. I’m actually going onto campus for my 2nd year which will be completely different, i am both excited and and nervous!!
Been a busy week, started writing my lab report, finished my presentation, which I’ve to deliver on Wednesday and i completed an exam today
Planning the week ahead, last week of spring break then back to uni. Hopefully find out this week if we are able to go into uni for lectures etc... Ive only been into the university once since starting and i cant wait until i get to go in every week.
Psychology Student
I have never thought i would do this but i am going to start posting on here daily. I am a first year psychology student and i want to use this platform as a sort of way to track my progress. My aim is to be a fully qualified child & adolescent clinical psychologist. I am aware of how stressful and competitive it will be to get to my goal, but i am determined.
