The power of words, to break us and help us heal, is never more apparent to me than when I am facilitating my therapeutic creative writing workshops. This is not merely true in what we say, but in what we write and how we honour our written word by sharing it.
Sometimes you need still your inner voice and sometimes you need to trust it.
Be brave, don’t hide your writing.
